3.2 We endeavour to ensure that all Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to screen display settings, manufacturing processes, or photography. Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return unless the Product is materially different from its description.

3.3 Our Products are designed for use with dogs and other pets. They are washable and reusable pee pads intended to protect floors, carpets, and furniture from pet accidents. The Products are not medical devices and are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3.5 While we make every effort to ensure our Products are of the highest quality, we do not guarantee that they will be suitable for every individual situation, pet, or flooring type. It is your responsibility to assess the suitability of our Products for your specific needs.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

4.1 All orders placed through our website constitute an offer by you to purchase the Products specified in your order.

4.2 Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance of your order or formation of a Contract.

4.3 A Contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order to you. At this point, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

4.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Errors in Product descriptions, pricing, or availability information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment

  • Orders that exceed reasonable personal use quantities

  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

6.3 Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon delivery. Delivery is deemed complete when the Products are delivered to the address you specified during checkout.

6.4 If no one is available at your delivery address to take delivery, our carrier may:

  • Leave the Products in a safe place

  • Leave the Products with a neighbour

  • Return the Products to their depot for collection or redelivery

6.5 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you or for delays caused by incomplete address information.

6.6 If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange for redelivery or provide a refund.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

7.1 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Use a mild, pet-safe detergent

  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener

  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry

  • Do not iron

8.3 Failure to follow care instructions may void any warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

9.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of pup. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our website without our prior written consent, except as follows:

  • You may temporarily store copies in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing of content

  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser

  • You may print or download one copy of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use

9.3 The "pup." name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of pup. or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law

  • Any loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill

  • Any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage

  • Any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10.3 Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with any Contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Products under that Contract.

10.4 We are not liable for any damage to your property (including floors, carpets, or furniture) resulting from the use or misuse of our Products, or from the failure of Products due to circumstances beyond our control.
