Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return unless the Product is materially different from its description.
3.3 Our Products are designed for use with dogs and other pets. They are washable and reusable pee pads intended to protect floors, carpets, and furniture from pet accidents. The Products are not medical devices and are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
4.1 All orders placed through our website constitute an offer by you to purchase the Products specified in your order.
4.2 Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance of your order or formation of a Contract.
4.3 A Contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order to you. At this point, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
6.3 Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon delivery. Delivery is deemed complete when the Products are delivered to the address you specified during checkout.
6.4 If no one is available at your delivery address to take delivery, our carrier may:

Return the Products to their depot for collection or redelivery

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
